Website privacy
This policy covers the CodeWhen website. AirDeck and other apps have their own privacy policies.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this website, improve its performance, and measure interest in our products and services. Analytics starts when you visit; this website does not display an analytics consent banner.
Google Analytics uses cookies and browser identifiers to report visits, returning visitors, referral sources and campaigns, approximate location, device and browser information, page activity, scrolling, searches, link and download clicks, and website performance. We also measure whether contact forms are started, fail, or are successfully submitted.
Our custom analytics events exclude contact-field contents, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, raw search text, and copied code. We remove unapproved URL query parameters and fragments from the page URLs we report. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalization in this integration.
Google processes analytics information under its privacy policy. Our intended retention setting for user and event data is 14 months; aggregated reports may be retained longer. Download and store clicks indicate interest and do not confirm an app installation.
Your choices
You can block analytics through browser settings or extensions, clear cookies, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from using the website, downloading files, or contacting us.
Contact enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we store the name, email address, optional subject, and message you provide so we can respond. These fields are handled by our website’s contact system and are not included in our Google Analytics events.
